In our continuous effort to deliver optimal network performance and stability, we will be carrying out a scheduled upgrade of our core network infrastructure.
Maintenance Schedule
Date: Friday, 25th September 2026
Time: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM (GMT+8)
Estimated Downtime: 10–30 minutes
This upgrade will involve updating the IOS version on our core routers to resolve known software issues and to enable full throughput performance. This further strengthens the reliability and consistency of your connectivity.
What You Need to Know
During the maintenance window, you may experience brief intermittent connectivity. This is not expected, as redundancy failover has been put in place to minimise any impact. However, we kindly advise you to be aware of this in case of any unforeseen disruption.
