Date: Friday, 10th October 2025
Time: 21:30 PM – 01:15 AM (GMT+8)
Estimated Downtime: 15–30 minutes
Service Impact
During this maintenance, network connectivity to and from your server(s) might experience brief packet loss and/or higher latency due traffic shift to redundant paths on both public and private networks.
Post-Maintenance Information
After completion, all network segments will be fully transitioned to the upgraded routing infrastructure for improved efficiency and reliability. Our engineering team will continue to monitor closely to ensure network stability.
Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. This optimization step is essential to ensure long-term network performance and to finalize the recent infrastructure upgrade.
