Please be informed that we have completed the network infrastructure maintenance. The details of the maintenance are as follows:

This maintenance affected all GB Cloud clients subscribed to Cloud Hosting service. Please refer to the impacted services below:
- Cloud SSD
- Cloud NVMe
- Cloud HDD
- Cloud Cluster
Maintenance Schedule
- Date: Wednesday, 24th September 2025
- Start Time: 10:00 PM (GMT+8)
- End Time: 12:15 AM (GMT+8)
- Estimated Downtime: 5–15 minutes
- Maintenance Window: Approximately 3 hours
Service Impact
During this period, network traffic will be rerouted to alternative transits. You may experience brief latency or minimal packet loss when accessing certain destinations. This maintenance will involve your services that is located in our Malaysia data center.
Post-Maintenance Information
Once completed, all services will return to normal operation. Please note that your instance IP address will remain unchanged.
Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. Our engineers will be available during and after the network maintenance should any issues arise.
