[Announcement] GB Cloud Billing System Scheduled for Upgrade Maintenance - 18th May 2024

Greetings from GB Cloud,
We would like to announce that we will be carrying out a GB Cloud Billing System upgrade (Client Area) which aims to enhance the efficiency of managing the Client Area.
The service affected by the upgrade will be https://billing.gbcloud.net The system will experience a temporary downtime for upgrade maintenance.
Maintenance Schedule

The maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following date and time:
Maintenance Date: 18th May 2024 (Saturday)
Maintenance Start Time: 01.00 AM GMT+8 (Malaysia Time)
Maintenance End Time: 04.00 AM GMT+8 (Malaysia Time)
Expected Downtime: 3 Hours
During the upgrade period, GB Cloud customers will be unable to perform any orders and manage their subscriptions through the Client Area during this time. During the upgrade, you will not be able to make any updates/changes to your account. Please proceed with changes after the maintenance period ends.
We will provide updates once the maintenance has been completed.
