Greetings from GB Network Solutions,

This message is addressed to GB Network Solutions Customers who use our GB Cloud Hypervisor Server (h5.gbcloud.net).

As part of our commitment to continuously enhance the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming scheduled instance migration for GB Cloud H5 Server - h5.gbcloud.net as detailed below.

Reasons for maintenance
-------------------------------
The purpose of this maintenance is to ensure server performance and stability improvements. To achieve this, we will be conducting instance migration to another Hypervisor Server.

Who will be affected?
-------------------------------
The service involved in this migration is as follows:
- h5.gbcloud.net

To check whether your instances are affected, you may check as follows:
- Log in to GB Cloud Panel > Cloud > Instances > Info > Instance Hypervisor

When will this happen?
-------------------------------
The maintenance will start at the below date and time:

Server Name: h5.gbcloud.net
Migration Start Date: 28th February 2024 (Wednesday) 0000hrs=12.00AM (GMT +8)
Migration End Date: 1st March 2024 (Friday) 2359hrs=11:59PM (GMT +8)

Expected Downtime: 5 - 10 minutes

Important Note: To stay updated with the latest information from us, please ensure your contact information in our Client Billing System is up to date.

Kindly note that downtime is expected during the maintenance period. We will provide updates once the maintenance is completed.
