Network Incident on CJ1 Data Center, Malaysia

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to make an important announcement regarding a recent incident that occurred at our CJ1 Data Center, in Malaysia. At 12:59 GMT+8, our monitoring systems detected a network connectivity issue, causing packet loss for customers with services in Malaysia. This outage was a result of an unexpected outage of our primary router. However, we were able to resolve the issue by re-routing to our secondary router.

Rest assured, our team has taken all necessary steps to bring the network back up. The issue has been resolved and we have successfully reverted to the secondary router. Our engineer has implemented measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

We understand the inconvenience this incident may have caused and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
