Greetings from GB Cloud Customers,

Referring to our latest announcement; (https://billing.gbcloud.net/mybilling/supportannouncements.php?action=manage&id=28) we will start the maintenance in 5 minutes.


As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming network maintenance. We will reroute our network to another router so that we can upgrade the system software for the current router.

Who will be involved?
---------------------------

All of the GB Cloud clients will be involved in this network maintenance. Thus the connection will be delayed, the downtime will be keep minimal.

When will this happen?
-----------------------------

The network maintenance will be carried out on 15th March 2023 (Tuesday).

Timezone: GMT+08:00
Date: 15th March 2023
Network Maintenance Start : 2200 UTC
Network Maintenance End   : 2300 UTC
Estimated Downtime = 5-15 minutes

We estimate around 1 hour to complete this maintenance.

Separate announcements will be sent out to keep our valued clients up to date on this network maintenance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive the most recent updates from us, please ensure that your contact information in our Client Billing System is up to date.

What will happen during the network maintenance?

During this network maintenance, the connection will be routing to the another router for upgrade the system software for the current router.

What do you need to be aware of after network maintenance?
---------------------------------------------------------------

After the network maintenance, the network connection will be operating normally. Please be advised that the IP address of your server will remain the same.

Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. Our engineers will be available during and after the network maintenance should any issues arise.
