As part of our commitment to continuously improve the service level, we would like to inform you about the upcoming scheduled maintenance upgrade RAM for the Cloud SSD, HDD, and NVMe services as below.
Details are as follows:
Maintenance Window Start Date / Time: 26th October 2022 / 2200hrs=10.00 PM (GMT+8)
Maintenance Window End Date / Time: 26th October 2022 / 2300hrs=11.00 PM (GMT+8)
Maintenance Duration: 1 hour
Affected Hypervisors:
H1 - Cloud SSD Plans
H2 - Cloud HDD Plans
H3 - Cloud NVMe Plans
Unaffected Hypervisors:
H4 - Cloud Cluster Plans
H5 - Cloud Cluster Plans
H6 - Cloud Cluster Plans
