What Is the Process?
With our GB Cloud hosting technology, billing is flexible. To get started, go to the Client Area and contribute at least $3 in Cloud Credit.
The amount of cloud credit deducted will be determined by the hourly cost of your services. Under the Billing of the Cloud Control Panel, you can keep track of your usage.
We have three options for funding your account:
- Auto-Pay: Set up an account with us and we'll send you an invoice once a month or when you hit our post-pay threshold. After issuing the invoice, our system will charge your card automatically.
- Auto-Topup: From the Cloud Control Panel, set up auto invoicing to get an invoice for a specific amount or for your expected monthly consumption 72 hours before you reach $0. If you have a PayPal Billing Agreement with us, the invoice will be paid automatically. These invoices can be paid manually using other payment options.
- Prepay: You'll have to manually fund your account if you don't leave a credit card on file or set auto invoicing. Prepay clients are notified 72, 24, and 1 hour(s) before cloud credit runs out. At any point, you can add more.
How do you figure out how much you've used?
On our website, we provide monthly and hourly pricing. The monthly pricing is the total cost of your service if you utilize it for a full calendar month. The amount of billable time every month is restricted to 28 days.
As long as Instances and Volumes remain, they count toward utilization. This covers instances that have been terminated.
On our website, we also provide pricing for picture storage and bandwidth overages. Snapshots, backups, ISO uploads, and other types of images are all examples of images. On the Billing page of the Cloud Control Panel, you can see your consumption.
Only incoming public bandwidth is counted toward your total bandwidth usage. After you've used up all of your plan's bandwidth, you'll be charged for additional bandwidth at the rate shown on our website. Your bandwidth use is not affected by private network traffic.
